North Downs Barn Bed & Breakfast - Rochester (Kent)

The breakfast offered a delicious selection, and I had a nice chat with Alison during my meal. On the downside, the bathroom lights were a bit too bright when activated at night, slightly inconvenient.

The bedroom was en suite and large.

The food was lovely in the dining room. The location was lovely and beautiful as it was close to freeway. Moreover, it was not very far from Universal Orlando Resort;))

Charming interior decor added warmth to our stay.

I found the shower quite restrictive, and a functional work surface would have enhanced my experience significantly. The bathroom lights' auto-activation was a nuisance during nighttime visits. My expectations for a smoother stay were not quite met.

Good quality and simply stunning property with a sensational breakfast. Amazing experience and very helpful and amicable staff. Spacious bedroom. Good-sized separate bathroom. Lovely and beautiful location in a beautiful setting and really pretty area. Nearby Beaufort Bar - great place to chill out.

The location was ideal, offering peace and beauty around every corner! The room was airy and super clean, with a fabulous breakfast served hot and fresh.

Due to its peaceful setting, the options for evening dining nearby were somewhat limited. Planning ahead is wise.

we have stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely experience. the staff was really helpful and welcoming and around most of the time. the room with good facilities. the hotel had an excellent location in the desert.

It was just a fitting option for a brief pause in Rochester with good value for price. The breakfast was delicious and the little details throughout made it feel special. Try to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The barn exudes charm and is situated in a fine location, perfect for family outings. The rooms were beautifully designed. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and catered perfectly to our kids' tastes, made mornings hassle-free.

The only downside was limited dining options nearby for families in the evening.

An Lovely Experience!

Our two-night getaway was very good! We enjoyed a serene walk to a local pub for dinner. Breakfast on the patio, surrounded by beautiful gardens, was good! The warm hospitality from the host. Recommendations , Take time to explore the gardens!

Staying at north downs barn bed & breakfast was a real treat. The accommodation was beautifully maintained and the hosts were cute. We enjoyed a fine breakfast. The location is also perfect for anyone looking to walk the nearby national walking trail.
